I originally started taking the SunWarrior Collagen Protein Peptides for thinning hair & while it did help, I was overjoyed, like WOW, to find it helped even more with my joints. You know those old injuries that can cause swelling & stiffness later in life. Well, after adding this supplement to my daily life, (will take a month or two), I am back to running stairs, no stiffness in the morning & doing what I Love. For those who want to stay independent & strong, this is the Golden ticket.
Make sure you give it time to do it's work in mending your weak parts. Extra Vit C helps as well.
I usually add a full scoop to my daily smoothie, but I have also added it to water or juice when I'm in a hurry, since it dissolves wonderfully.
The expiration date was 2+ years, so no worries there.
I Love the added Hyaluronic Acid & Silica (also found in the Beauty Greens product) which I'm sure contributed to my bone, cartilage & hair health.
Love this brand SunWarrior, in any flavor & would give it a 10.

I was nervous about trying a plant based product because the ones I've tried in the past weren't very good. I was pleasantly surprised by this product. It's not chalky, mixes well, and tastes great. I actually look forward to having this. It feels like I'm having a treat.
